Text Box: What is a payment plan? · Payment plans are available to anyone purchasing a pass, whether it is 1 or 15 passes! · Put $10 towards the purchases of you passes, and you will receive a gift card.  This card will not be validated until the pass payment has been completed in full. · Take your time!  Pay it off weekly, monthly, or in 1 lump sum!  There is no regulated payment schedule.  The only requirement is that it is paid in full by opening of the 2008 season. · No additional fees! 

Text Box: Summer Pass Policies and Procedures   VALIDITY: · * Summer passes are valid beginning Memorial Day Weekend and runs through the end of that season. · * Summer passes may not be permitted entry for some special events.  Those events will be posted both online and at SomerSplash Waterpark. · Use of individual pass is limited to the person whose name appears on the pass. · Fraudulent use of the pass will invalidate pass permanently. · Holder of pass must abide by all rules and regulations of SomerSplash. Failure to follow all rules may result in the forfeiture of the pass and all privileges without refund. · Children age 10 and under must be supervised by someone age 16 or older to enter the park   LOST PASSES: · Pass cards may be re-printed in the case of loss. Replacement fee is $3.00. · A $1.00 fee will be charged to look up a pass record for forgotten passes. · SomerSplash will not keep passes at the admissions area.   PAYMENT PLANS:   · $10 deposit required to start a payment plan for summer season passes. · Outstanding balance must be paid in full by opening day. · Cash refunds will not be offered for passes left with outstanding balances. · The value of the incomplete payment plan will be distributed in the form of 1-day admissions to SomerSplash.   REFUNDS: · An individual may receive a refund for a summer pass purchase for any reason at any time prior to February 1st. · An individual may receive a refund for a pass purchase at anytime if more than 1 pass has been purchased for the same individual. · An individual may receive a refund for a pass prior to opening of the season if the individual relocates to a primary residence located at least 25 miles from Somerset. · In cases where a refund is not available, summer passes may be permanently transferred to another individual.   ONLINE ORDERS: •    Orders cannot be completed if:              -   The billing address you provide does not match the information provided by your credit                  card company              -   The email address provided is not valid •     Please carefully check information provided before submitting your orders. •     Season passes will be available for pick up at the office during business hours Monday-Friday, and when season passes are being sold in the office.  (A special time will be set aside for season passes to be sold at Somersplash)  Season passes will be mailed with a $2.00 handling fee.
